My approach is tenaciously curious and optimistic — informing design solutions that are authentically human, tactile, a bit whimsical, and contextually nuanced.
I'm a natural problem-solver with a penchant for systems, and I remain endlessly interested in how imagination and operations intersect, forming strategies that lead to unexpected connections, empowered teams, innovative outcomes, and optimized methods of project delivery.
Over the years, I’ve both led and supported multi-disciplinary teams at Knot Studio, IA Interior Architects, Thread Collaborative, and WD Partners. I’ve completed projects along the way that span the globe for partners like Amazon, Whole Foods Market, Shinsegae, Mesa Public Library, Stanford University, the National Park Service, and the U.S. Department of State: Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations, developing expertise in branding, experiential placemaking, signage and wayfinding, visual communication, and methods of collaborative exploration.
